Solas Integrated Care · El Paso

Two affiliated clinics. One coordinated plan.

Most clinics treat one part of the problem. We don't. Solas Physical Therapy (Dr. Andrew Cisneros, PT, DPT, MS) and Solas Health & Wellness (Celeste Cisneros, FNP-BC) operate as a coordinated rehab + regenerative + wellness practice — two affiliated clinics, two providers, one unified plan. Rehab, peptides, IV therapy, hormones, weight loss, aesthetics — under the same roof in west El Paso, with two clinicians who talk every day about the patients they share.

The Providers

A married provider team in one El Paso building

When two clinicians coordinate care every day — and happen to be married — the loop between "your rehab provider" and "your medical/regenerative provider" closes in a way most practices can't replicate. No referral fax. No insurance routing. No waiting for a chart to land in another office.

How It Works

How we coordinate care

Five real workflows that happen every week between the two clinics. None of these require a referral fax, insurance approval, or a multi-week wait — the providers communicate directly, often the same day.

Stubborn Tendon Injury

A patient comes to Solas PT with a chronic Achilles or rotator cuff tendinopathy that's plateaued in standard rehab. Dr. Cisneros recommends adding BPC-157 + TB-500 to accelerate the biology while loading continues. Celeste evaluates, prescribes the peptide protocol, and the two providers run rehab and regenerative phases on a shared timeline.

GLP-1 + Functional Strength

A patient at Solas Health & Wellness on semaglutide or tirzepatide is losing weight successfully but feels weaker. Celeste refers to Solas PT for a structured strength program that protects muscle mass and rebuilds functional capacity as the medication runs.

Post-Surgical Recovery

An ACL or rotator cuff patient at Solas PT layers in IV therapy and a peptide protocol from Solas Health & Wellness for the first 6–8 weeks post-op. The rehab progression and the regenerative protocol are timed together so loading windows and tissue-remodeling windows align.

Texas Direct Access Bridge

Texas direct access lets you see Dr. Cisneros without a physician referral for the first 30 days. If care needs to continue beyond that window, Celeste — as an in-house FNP-BC — handles the referral so you never have to chase down an outside doctor. No interruption to your plan.

Hormones & Recovery

A patient in perimenopause, on TRT, or pursuing comprehensive hormone optimization at Solas Health & Wellness layers in PT for the musculoskeletal recovery that improves dramatically when endocrine support is in place. Joint pain, recovery times, and training capacity all respond to the combined plan.

Aesthetics + Self-Care

Patients who come in for Botox, Daxxify, fillers, or microneedling at Solas Health & Wellness often discover the broader wellness side of the practice. Many add IV therapy or hormone optimization. The PT side is there when the body asks for it, not pushed when it doesn't.

Services Across Both Clinics

What you can do under one roof

Each clinic owns its scope. Patients book either side independently or pair them. The integrated model is offered only when both clinically benefit the patient — never pushed.

Common Questions

About the integrated practice

Are Solas PT and Solas Health & Wellness the same company?
They are two separate legal practices operating as a coordinated integrated care team. Dr. Andrew Cisneros, PT, DPT, MS leads the physical therapy side; Celeste Cisneros, FNP-BC leads the medical and regenerative side. They are married and operate from the same building at 6633 N Mesa St in west El Paso. Patients can book either side independently or both together. Clinical information is shared between providers when patients give consent for coordinated care.
Do I have to see both providers if I only need one?
No. Many patients see only one side of the practice. If you only need PT, you only see Dr. Cisneros. If you only need aesthetics, peptides, IV, or hormone work, you only see Celeste. The integrated model is offered only when both sides clinically benefit you — never pushed.
How is information shared between clinics?
Clinical information is shared between Dr. Cisneros and Celeste only when you give consent for coordinated care. Each clinic maintains its own HIPAA-compliant records; we don't share data without a signed authorization. When you authorize coordination, the providers communicate directly so your rehab plan, peptide protocol, hormone plan, etc. are timed and dosed together.
Does Texas direct access still apply if I need a referral later?
Yes. Under Texas direct access law, you can see Dr. Cisneros without a physician referral for the first 30 days of care. If treatment continues past that window, Celeste — as an in-house FNP-BC — provides the referral. You don't have to find an outside doctor or interrupt your plan.
Is each clinic cash-based?
Solas PT is fully cash-based — no insurance billed. Solas Health & Wellness offers cash-pay services and superbills for services that may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Pricing for both clinics is transparent and posted online. Neither clinic processes insurance for treatment — this is a deliberate choice that keeps care decisions clinical, not administrative.
